Pre-Order Policy

At Denisha Julea, select pieces are offered on a pre-order basis to ensure intentional production, exceptional quality, and limited availability.

What Is a Pre-Order?

A pre-order item is made to order and begins production once your order is placed.

Production & Shipping Timeline

Most pre-order items are completed and shipped within 10–14 business days.

In some cases, depending on fabric availability or sourcing, production may require additional time. For these items, please allow up to 4–6 weeks for completion and shipping. Customers will be notified via email if their order requires this extended production timeline.

Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Order Processing

Pre-order items are not ready to ship immediately
Once production begins, orders cannot be canceled or modified

Returns & Refunds

Pre-order items may be returned for a refund within 7 business days of delivery, provided that:

The item is unworn, unwashed, and unused
All original tags remain attached
The item is returned in its original condition and packaging

Returned items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment once the return is received and inspected.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.
